We have an RSS feed now!

After some development, this site now has RSS feeds! You can find the site updates RSS feed here, and the blog and bookshelf also have new feeds.

The feeds are generated using feedgen. The way I collect the data to put in the feed is a little dirty and not very robust, so it might be imperfect.

There may be more feeds to come in the future for other sections of the site.

Also, I fixed a bug where some non-ASCII content would not render correctly.

This update might have broken some permalinks... but why would anyone ever have one of my book reviews bookmarked? Should be fine.
